Out & Back.
Distance: 4 Miles
Route: Daventry to Braunston
- Royal Oak Way.
- A45 Path towards Braunston.
- Once you get 2 miles out return along same route.
Type of Run: individual effort, timed out separately.
Additional information:
- RV location Ford Daventry for warmup.
- Only runners that have booked 1 of the 16 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
- Appropriate trainers are required as the pathway is rough underfoot in places.
- Care and attention will be required when you cross the A45 Braunston road.
- Social distancing rules must always be adhered to .
- Remember Running is fun.
