CHANGE OF MEETING POINT
We've had some requests for something other than social or paced runs on Tuesdays from members who can't always make Thursdays, so here you go.
Short warm up, followed by a series of 200m sprints.
Team size and session duration will be decided based on number of participants.

Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
