Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park (///playfully.pardon.rocket) 9:25 for 9:30am start. This session is suitable for all runners. Route will be about 4 miles.
There will be an option for a drink and or food afterwards in Wetherspoons. Non runners welcome, we will be there about 10:30am
We will probably all stay together and ask faster runners to loop . We will be crossing roads so take extra care at these points.
I suggest taking it slower at the start to warm up. We will do some stretches at the end for the ones that want to stretch.
Whilst the run leader(s) will try to ensure the session is safe, all runner take part at their own risk. All runners should follow the run leader(s) instructions, especially regarding staying in groups or looping.
