Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park (///playfully.pardon.rocket) 6.25pm for 6.30pm start. Distance will be about 4miles
This is not a run leader session so as always members run at their own risk and there will not be a first aider in attendance.
Please bring a light.
There will may be an option for a drink afterwards in Wetherspoons, if nice enough in the garden, if not inside. Non runners welcome, we will be there about 7:30pm.
We will probably all stay together and ask faster runners to loop . We will be crossing roads so take extra care at these points.
I suggest taking it slower at the start to warm up.
