Meeting at 7pm in the Peppermill car park. 

This is a 4 miler route for all to burn off some calories in preparation for tomorrow night's Christmas Doo!  There is the option of a shorter route if wanted. Runners are to stay in same pace groups, no one runs alone.

ROUTE - We will run out along Western Avenue towards London Road, crossing over to cut through the Long March industrial estate, under the underpass and head up to Admirals Way, running the full length we will then go left down Norton Road, right to scoot across the bottom of the country park, past the iCon and along Eastern Way (giving you a chance to improve on that STRAVA segment if you fancy it!), from there we will go through the 4-ways sub and up Braunston Road, before turning left onto Western Avenue and returning to the Peppermill.

For those of you who want a slightly shorter route this can be done by turning left just after the Southbrook underpass (cutting out Admirals Way), heading down towards Fish Ponds fields and then to the bottom of the country park via Norton Road. If you are doing this please make sure you let me know and that you stay in pairs/paced group.
