Meeting in the Peppermill car park at 6.00pm, this is a social run of just over 4 miles.
ROUTE - We will run out along Western Avenue towards the Southbrook, skirt Fish Ponds and onto the country park where we will head towards the Lang Farm Farm/Ashby Fields exit, crossing the road we will then join the Black Path, heading back through town and on to the Peppermill.
People to stay in groups, or faster runners to loop back.

* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 16 slots on the Clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate, bright/high viz running clothes and shoes a must
