We will meet at the iCon car park for paced run along the winter route, with an added twist to make it up to 5 miles.
This run is suitable for everyone as we will stay in groups based on pace, no one will run alone.
Addition Information:
* Only runners that have booked 1 of the 30 slots on the clubpal app can attend the session.
* Appropriate running clothes and shoes a must
* All runners must bring a light of some description
