Just a gentle easy paced run.
We will keep in groups of a minimum of 2.
Route is the winter route, the course will be explained for those who dont know it on the night.
For the faster paced runner you will have the option to do multiple laps of the industrial estate loop on the course. If not then the course distance will be roughly 4miles.
The session is all about building a good aerobic base and a build up of good base miles.
Being as the nights are drawing in all runners must where bright clothing and have a torch with them, whether that is a head torch, chest torch or handheld torch.
