Meet at The Old Gas Works Car Park (///playfully.pardon.rocket) bottom of Braunston Road at 9.25am for a 9.30am start.

We will do about 4 miles. I can be contacted in Emergency on 07793634630. We will do stretches at the end.

Pace doesn’t matter, we can cater for everyone, any faster runners will loop back to keep the group together

This is a group run, so its important that we all stay together, so faster runners must keep looping.

Whilst the run leader(s) will try to ensure the session is safe, all runner take part at their own risk. All runners should follow the run leader(s) instructions, especially regarding staying in groups or looping.

We will go to Wetherspoons after for a coffee, so happy for any non runners to meet us there about 10:30am
