Meeting at the iCon car park at 6.20pm, we'll head off at 6.30pm once everyone is checked in.
This is a 4 miler route for all. People are to stay in same pace groups, so no one runs alone.
ROUTE - we will run the Winter Route, which is approximately 4 miles, this can be shorter for those who don't want to go as far and the faster runners are welcome to throw in a couple of extra loops of the industrial estate if they want to!
