Long Buckby - to the canal!
Meeting at 6.30pm near the seating area on The Market Place, Long Buckby, NN6 7RR. We will be doing a social 5 mile run along roads, public rights of way through fields and canal tow paths.
There is plenty of parking on the Market Place car park, and there is also another car park behind the Co-Op, off Church Street.
No runner will be left behind, as with all of my trail runs, we stick together with faster runners looping back to regroup.
As there are a couple of on road sections please wear something bright and/or visible.
