We will meet at Old Gasworks Car Park at 6.30pm and we will run as a group to the start on Eastern way.
Running lights will be required as it will be dark.
Half the route is flat, but does include North Street which is a bit of a hill. The idea will to do as many loops as you can in 30 mins.
