Maximum of 10 officials spots available.
Officials will have simple jobs such as checking that no cheating is occurring, and helping keep track of scores.
As a thanks for any assistance, the cost of buffet will be slightly subsidised (by players, not by club)
You will receive instructions and guidance throughout of how you the scoring/competition works.
Itinerary (timings are approximate):
Arrive at 16:45, ready to ”tee off” at 17:00
17:00 - Round 1 - Four Balls (2 vs 2, each player plays own ball)
18:00 - Round 2 - Alternate Shot (2 vs 2, 1 ball per pair, taking turns to play each stroke)
19:00 - Buffet, plus a bar open to purchase drinks. (Buffet included in price, will contain assorted sandwiches, mini sausage rolls, mini scotch eggs, mini pork pies, crispy chicken goujons, garlic bread slices, section of mini quiches, and tortilla crisps).
20:00 - Final Round (3) - Singles (1 vs 1)
