Meeting at the old Gas Works Car Park for 8am start. I will be doing a slow run, happy at any pace. Happy for faster runners to join, and loop. Route will be similar to what we have done on Sundays before, mostly flat. Stretching after run.
Optional after is a drink (& breakfast?) at Wetherspoons. Debs will already be there when we finish, about 9.30ish (non runners welcome too).
