Route can be easily extended for those faster runners or anyone wanting to run further. Simply run round Christchurch Drive, Badby road and back down Western avenue back to The Peppermill as many times as you want to🤷♂ 🤷♂️👍🙌💜
Session will be run in pairs
As a pair you will put in as much effort as you both agree hopefully all starting and finishing at the same place at the same time 🤞🏻
