We will all meet in the Icon Underpass at 18.30 for a short warm up followed by the session.
We will run in Paced Groups, faster paced runner groups will run the Larger Loops of the industrial Estate and slower paced runner groups will do the shorter loops.
Hopefully we will all finish around the same time.
No one will be allowed to run alone and we will all regroup at the Icon Underpass to stretch together at the finish.
